Based on this a system design and quote is presented. We explain what everything does and why we've specified it. No vague line items.
INSTALLATION AND ECOSYSTEM INTEGRATION WITH SYSTEM HANDOVER
We liaison with your construction or project management team and provide a white glove service with product procurement, installation, setup and integration.
Before we leave, we walk you and your team through the system — how to control it, how to adjust zones, what to do if something seems off. Most of our clients are fully comfortable running their own system within 15 minutes.
ONGOING SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE
We offer maintenance packages and are available for system updates, additions, or troubleshooting. If something stops working during service hours, you're not left waiting.

Can you work on a space that's currently under renovation or being built out? Yes — and this is actually the ideal time to engage us. Getting AV infrastructure roughed in during construction (cabling, conduit, speaker rough-ins, display mounts) is significantly cheaper and cleaner than retrofitting after walls are closed. The earlier you bring us in, the better the result and the lower the overall cost.
Do you only work in Toronto or across the wider GTA? We serve clients across the Greater Toronto Area including Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington, and Hamilton. Contact us if you're outside these areas — we assess each project individually.
Can you integrate with a system we already have? In most cases, yes. We assess your existing equipment and either integrate it into a new system or advise you honestly if replacement makes more sense technically or financially.
Do you offer maintenance and support after installation? Yes. We offer service packages that include periodic system checks, software updates, and priority response for any issues. For businesses where AV downtime has a direct impact on operations, a maintenance agreement gives you guaranteed response times.
