+Do you only deploy in the GTA or across all of Canada? We are headquartered in the Greater Toronto Area and have the deepest deployment coverage across Ontario. For national rollouts, we coordinate field resources across Canada. Contact us to discuss your specific geography and we'll outline coverage and capacity.
+What information do you need from us before we can start? At minimum: your hardware spec sheet, installation documentation or field guide, cloud platform details, and a list of target sites with site contact information. We can work with whatever level of documentation you have and help fill in gaps during the scoping phase.
+Can you work to our own installation documentation and standards? Yes. We follow your spec, not ours. If you have a certified installation procedure or commissioning checklist, our engineers are trained to it before deployment begins. We can also help you develop that documentation if it doesn't exist yet
+We're an international company entering the Canadian market — can you help us establish a presence here? Absolutely, this is one of our core use cases.
